FAQ'S
When should the sachets be taken?
The AM dose is meant to be taken with your first meal or snack. If you wake up late and your first meal or snack falls in the afternoon, you would still take the AM dose at that time. The PM dose should be taken with your evening meal or a snack and not right before bed. The PM dose in the Recovery Kit is to be taken before bed as it helps with falling and staying asleep.
What happens if I miss a dose?
A missed dose can be taken after you have finished taking the rest of the pack (ie. the day you’re leaving the festival or the day after you’ve run out of the rest of the pack).
Can anyone take these?
It is advised for anyone with the following conditions to speak with their doctor before taking Rave Well: if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on antidepressants, blood clotting medication, or thyroid medications. Or if you have a history of bipolar disorder, severe allergies, high blood pressure, seizures, bleeding disorder, diabetes, heart disorder, liver disease, or cancer.
Are the products 3rd party tested?
Yes, all the capsules in the kits are 3rd party tested and professional grade, made in Canada and the US.
What if I don’t already take any supplements and want to take these?
If you don’t regularly take any supplements, it would be best to split up the sachets to avoid stomach upset. You can take half the amount of capsules as your first dose and wait 2 hours to take the second half and repeat the same process with the evening sachet. This would mean the regular 2 doses would be split into 4 separate doses. Ensure to take each dose with food and lots of water.
Do I need to take all of the capsules in a sachet at the same time?
Rave Well was designed to be easy to use with minimal effort. However, 6 capsules (the max amount of capsules in any of the doses) may be daunting for some. If that is the case, they may be split up. Half of the capsules could be taken at a time, 2 hours apart. Keep in mind that instead of only having to take 2 doses in one day, this would mean having to take 4.
What is the best way to store these at a festival?
Ideally Rave Well packs should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat/direct sun.
Can I share a pack with someone?
It is not advised to share your Rave Well pack with someone as they will be most effective if taken in the recommended amounts.
Will I experience any side effects?
Some people may experience stomach upset. Most of the ingredients are generally well tolerated, however, if your system is sensitive, if you’re not used to taking supplements or if you have digestive issues, your stomach might have a harder time with the capsules. Ensure to take every dose with food. If unpleasant symptoms persist, it is advised to discontinue use.
Can I take these if I’m sober?
Absolutely! Sober folks can take Rave Well too! The contents are great for helping anyone with energy/stamina, immunity, mental clarity, mood, sleep, hydration, and soreness. These kits are fantastic for folks who are working at festivals whether they are taking substances or not.
Should I be taking any additional electrolytes other than the ones in the kits?
Yes, it’s a good idea. It is crucial to stay adequately hydrated especially when sweating excessively, pushing yourself physically, and consuming alcohol or drugs. The electrolytes in Rave Well are mainly found in the day time sachet, so taking additional electrolytes at night is recommended.
Can I take these outside of festivals?
Yes! The Weekend Packs can be used for big weekends (ie weddings, double headers, ski trips etc.). The Recovery Kits are great for busy or exhausting work weeks, prior to or after festivals, traveling, after big weekends, etc).
